When you submit an enquiry or registration interest form on this site we collect the details you provide: name, studio or organisation, email address, telephone number where given, the nature of your enquiry and your message. When a dancer is registered for an event, ABA also collects the information listed in Part V of the Rules & Regulations, including name, date of birth, age classification, division, category, studio affiliation, repertoire, music and emergency contact details.
ABA events are for dancers aged 7 to 19. Registration for a participant under 18 must be completed or authorised by a parent, legal guardian, studio or other authorised party.
ABA may photograph, film or livestream portions of its events in accordance with the permissions granted at registration. Participants should review the media release provided with registration.
Where a scholarship or training opportunity is offered by a partner institution, relevant participant information may be shared with that institution so it can consider the dancer. We do not sell personal information.
